Foodie Friends

Non-sewing related: I just wanted to spread the word about my cool friends and what they are doing with food in Seattle.

My friend Alicia Blake (of the Paradox and 'makebelieve') happens to be a great cook. She sets up a supper club once a month, and it is fantastic. Get on her mailing list, try to get in, bring money, meet interesting new people, and eat amazing food. It's that easy:

NYFA Fashion Show April 11th 2009

Here are some photos from my school's fashion show this past spring. While I went only SLIGHTLY crazy the 5 months previous working on it, I had so much support from my friends, family, and teachers I made it through. Enjoy!
